Here you will find all of the information about our wood/ceramic products, shipping, options and ingredients found in our pamper products.
Wood Projects:
Different options to choose from:
- Basic-only the project
- Kit-get the project, paints and a brush
- Paint in store-Select your project and come paint with us in the craft coop.(Please note the craft coop is only open May-October)
- Party-We come to you with all supplies and walk you through it step by step
- Paint it for you-we do all the work you get the finished piece
There are no refunds for cut to order products. But we will exchange if there is an issue.
Basic:
You will receive only the pieces to create your project along with a picture of the finished piece.
Kits:
Each kit comes with paints and a brush. You will need to provide your own glue. We recommend wood glue but you can use any standard glue. With your kit you will receive basic information on how to complete the project.
Paint in Store: (Please note the craft coop is only open May-October)
Select your project and join us in the crafting coop during store hours. We will notify you via email when your project is ready to be painted. (Typically within 3-5 business days.)
All projects painted instore include all the supplies needed to complete your project as well as someone there to guide you through the process.
Party Information:
-We will come to you and your party! We will provide everything needed to complete this project at your party. Plus we will be there to help walk you through each step of the project.
If you are hosting please indicate that in the comment section so that we can reach out to you about your party. You must provide us with your email and phone number. We will schedule the time and date with you after you have placed your project order. All the other members of the party must complete their order no later than 5 days before the party unless we have spoken about this prior. There are no additional fees with parties that are within a 20 mile radius of Cokato. We have calculated the cost into the price of the project. If you are further than 20 miles please reach out to me at barbara@simplyquimby.com to make arrangements and to get an estimate for travel fees.
Each party is approximately 2 hours in length.
If you are part of a party please comment in the checkout page with the name of the party host.
Paint it for you:
- Backside and edges of sign are unfinished (if we paint for you).
- When we hand paint for you we take our time to complete the design so please understand there will be an additional 2-5 days for us to complete the work for you.
-All items are handmade, so there may be differences in the picture vs the item you receive.

All ceramics painted instore include painting with acrylic paints or for an additional fee charged in store to upgrade to glazing with Mayco Stroke and Coats, Jungle Gems, or Elements.

Other Info:
Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for order to be processed, poured, cleaned, fired and shipped.
Because we value the integrity of our business we will send pictures for approval prior to shipment. Once you have approved your pieces there will be no refunds for orders placed due to imperfections.
Ingredients of Pamper Products
Goat's Milk Soap: Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Safflower Oil, Glycerin, Goat Milk, Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Sorbitol, Propylene Glycol, Sorbitan Oleate, Oat Protein, Titanium Dioxide, Fragrance or Essential Oils, Mica Powders.
Body Butter: Deionized Water, Mineral Oil, Isopropyl Myristate, Cetyl Alcohol, Glycerol Stearate, Stearic Acid, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Cetereth-20, Carbomer, Aloe Vera, Disodium EDTA, Dimethicone, Petrolatum, Methylparaben, Triethanolamine, Propylene Glycol (and) Diazolidinyl Urea (and) Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Proplyparaben, Beeswax, Jojoba Oil, Vitamin E, Fragrance or Essential Oil.
Bath/Shower Bombs: Baking Soda, Citric Acid, Corn Starch, Fragrance or Essential Oil, Mica Powder for color.

- Our current production time is 3-5 business days on wood projects and pamper products.2-3 weeks on ceramics
*** Business days are Mon - Fri *** Please expect slower shipping/production times during the holiday seasons.
- We ship all orders via UPS or USPS, Insured. Shipping rates vary, and are determined by the carrier. Shipping methods are at our discretion, based on current shipping rates.
Transit times can vary, so please allow an additional 2-5+ days for delivery. You will receive tracking information via email once your item has shipped.
LOCAL PICK UP:

- Local pickup is available at the barn in Cokato.
We will email you with pick up info once your order is ready.
Returns
All products are custom made for you. Therefor we will not issue cash refunds on cancellations, we will provide you 50% store credit as long as you have cancelled prior to the product being made. Once the product is made you have agreed that it is your product by purchase and payment, therefor we will honor that agreement with said product. All completed items (painted/made by us) will have your approval prior to shipping so we will not give refunds of any kind once you have approved your item. Unless the item was damaged in shipping:
Items that are shipped that arrive broken or damaged will be replaced or given store credit as long as the following has been done within 48 hours of the receiving the item(s):
Contacted us via email (barbara@simplyquimby.com), provided pictures of the damage to packaging and item.
