Release Painting

Are you ready to let go of limiting beliefs? Want to break out of the built up stress? This guided class will help you break through those barriers. 

We will start with a blank canvas and release those emotions with a hands on approach. You will let go of everything as you pour everything onto the canvas. No experience necessary with painting, as this isn't a traditional canvas painting.

This is a very messy class so be prepared by wearing old clothes.  The paint will fly and you will feel lighter.  We will also work on breathing and calming to get you to your peak state of relaxation in the end.

This class will be held outside at the barn on May 22nd starting at 6pm.  Cost per person is $30 and includes all paints, canvas and guidance.
